Steps to be followed for admission
1. (Optional) Pre-registration (by 9 July 2023). The pre-registration phase is not compulsory. Files are pending with the mention incomplete. No verification of files.
2. Registration (10-15 July 2023). All candidates will submit their electronic application for validation via the platform - application submission. The option will be activated on Monday 10 July 2023. Files will acquire registered status.
The commission of admission (‘Commission’) will check the file and confirm the whether the content is valid and all the information/documents have been provided as requested. Communication is by email and via the platform. Each candidate will receive a notification of the validation of the file, possibly requiring additions/amendments to their file.
2.1. All candidates will participate in the admission via the single admission platform: eadmitre.uaic.ro. Completion of the application form on the platform is compulsory, by creating an admission account.
2.2. It is recommended that the application for admission is submitted entirely online.
From 10-15 July 2023, admission accounts can be set up remotely or at the Faculty office. In the latter case, documents will be submitted in a physical file.
Work at the Faculty premises will be from 9-15 (Monday-Friday), 9-12 (Saturday) in rooms S5 and S6.
3. Examination: Romanian language test - proposed date is 18 July 2023. Lists of the allocation of candidates to the rooms and confirmation of the date of the competition will be posted in due time.
4. Settlement of appeals to the scale, initial results and final results (19-22 July 2023) and communication of results (via platform and e-mail). Each candidate will receive an e-mail with notification of the results.
5. Registration - place confirmation (24 July - 6 August 2023 and possible subsequent rounds). It will be done with physical attendance at the Faculty’s premises as per the announcement in the Results section.
Candidates are required to fill in the online application form and are encouraged to submit their application form remotely. Communication with the Admissions Committee will be online via the competition platform and email, including file validation, results posting and registration rounds.
