Registration

Results will be posted in several consecutive rounds, each with a related period for contestations announced on the Faculty website.

After the results of the exam addmission are posted/communicated (in each round), in order to take the place obtained in the examination, the admitted candidates must enrol, in which sense they have the following OBLIGATIONS, with physical presentation at the Faculty premises:

  1. Submit the original of the baccalaureate diploma and transcript of records, regardless of the type of education (IF or IFR) or type of funding (budget/tax), except for those enrolled in another university and funded by the state. The latter must submit to the file (dossier) at the Faculty of Law the study documents in certified copy and the certificate of admitted candidate with confirmed place at the respective faculty; a student cannot follow budgeted undergraduate studies at two faculties in parallel.
  2. To conclude the contract for studies. Candidates admitted to the full-time courses must also submit a document containing an IBAN account (bank account opened in their own name and not in another name: parents, siblings, etc.).
  3. Candidates admitted to places financed by the budget will have to pay (prior to confirmation) the registration fee of 50 lei (code 38). In case of withdrawal of the application file, this fee is not refundable.
  4. Candidates admitted to fee-paying places (IF or IFR) will have to pay (prior to confirmation) the amount of 700 lei (50% of the tuition fee for the first semester - code 31). A copy of the proof of payment must be submitted with the file (the original remains with the student).

After expiry of the deadline indicated for each round, successful candidates who have not fulfilled these obligations (have not concluded the study contract, have not submitted the original documents - where applicable - and have not paid the corresponding fees) WILL BE DECLARED FAILING. The remaining places will be filled by the following candidates who meet the admission requirements (in descending order of average and according to the option chosen when applying), provided they do not withdraw their application.

Candidates who were not initially admitted may keep their file in the competition, having the obligation to follow the admission platform/faculty website and the schedule of the subsequent rounds of results. If they are declared admitted in one of the subsequent rounds, they are obliged to carry out the confirmation procedures within the deadline to be communicated on the website, otherwise they will be rejected.

IMPORTANT! Unsuccessful candidates must withdraw their application by 1 October 2023 (if they have applied by submitting their application in person).
