  • The Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law offers PhD students the possibility to publish the results of their research in the Annals of "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University, the Juridical Sciences series, a publication indexed in international databases (HeinonLine and CEEOL).
  • At the Faculty of Law function the Circle of Criminal Sciences, the Circle of Civil Procedural Law „Eugen Herovanu”, the Circle of Public International Law, the Robertianum Center in which operate the Circle of Legal Hermeneutics „The School of Organic Law", the Circle of European Civil Law "Dimitrie Alexandresco", the Circle of European Social Law "Europae Caritas", the Workshop of Intellectual Creations "Insignis”, as means for strengthening academic research and debate.
  • The Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law has partnerships with 25 Faculties of Law in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, Finland, Germany, Poland, Turkey, Czech Republic, where PhD students benefit from Erasmus mobilities.
  • The Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law and the Institute of Criminal Sciences in Bordeaux, France, organizes, annually, the International Francophone Conference for PhD students in criminal law.
  • The Doctoral School of the Faculty of Law encourages doctoral programmes with joint supervision (cotutelle) through interdisciplinary collaboration with other Doctoral Schools from the same university and from abroad.
